Book Cover - Spread

This project was a coffee table book cover and spread redesign. The book I chose “Dressing In The Dark,” by Marion Maneker contained pictures and descriptions of mens’ style from films. The previous cover was all black, with an all black suit. The spreads however were filled with pops of color and fun type treatment. The previous cover implied that the pages would be dull and filled with pictures of boring black suits. Instead of using the original palate, I tried something more fun and colorful, while still aligning with the title of the book.
